Hotel Nap - Budapest

the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was perfect for an overnight stay before heading to the airport in the morning. Despite being a bit basic, the room was sufficient for my needs. the 24-hour reception provided convenience, and the fact that English was spoken made communication easy.

I found the staff extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was also rather good!

Internet was available only on the first floor and the hotel lobby. The towels seemed old and deteriorated.

Good value for money. Quite minimalistic but clean. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. They are very happy to attend to special requests such as a charger, or plug extension, or hairdryer.

It is noisy. You can hear the neighbour turning on the tap in his bathroom. If more than two people are talking in the room opposite or next door you won't sleep.

The location of this hotel is not so convenient, but the public transportation is rather convenient. And the reception speaks very good English!!!!

The breakfast was cold. With not so many guest staying at the hotel during low season they could have made fried eggs on demand rather than just keeping them on the buffet table for 2 hours.

It is near a railroad and the train is noisy. The breakfast is poor. The parking is 4 EUR and it is not guaranteed that your car is safe. It is quite far from Elisabeth Square.

The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. The small TV with 3 local channels was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.

You have to walk about ten minutes to go to tram or buses.

Halfway to the airport, this hotel is conveniently located near a railway for easy access to transportation. the clean rooms come with Wi-Fi and continental breakfast is available.

The hotel is outdated and lacks basic amenities like proper water pressure in the bathroom sink or air conditioning.

good food it is far from centre of Budapest but very good to reach with public transpotation!!

Clean and simple hotel.

WiFi didnt work at all in my room. In the lobby it was working good.
